Brewquets

Save files in Shared drives\Accounts\Brewquets\Bank Accounts\ [FOLDER]

- Brewquets Shopify Transaction Fees:

To check expenses incurred having been accurately coded:

1. In Xero go to Reports > All Reports > Activity Statement

2. Enter in quarterly dates for the respective quarter (see table below)

3. Click on the third Tab GST Audit Report

4. Review transactions to see those recorded as GST/GST Free/BAS Excluded are all recorded correctly

To determine BAS liability owed to ATO each quarter:

1. In Xero go to Reports > All Reports > Payroll Employee Summary

2. Enter in quarterly dates for the respective quarter (see table below)

3. Write down Total Earnings and Total Tax

4. Go to Reports > Activity Statement

5. Open tab GST Audit Report - check that everything is recorded correctly i.e. GST Free Payments listed as GST Free etc

6. Go to Business Activity Worksheet enter Total Earnings as W1 and Total Tax as W2

7. Your payment is total payment due to the ATO
