We rarely get customers requesting to add extra beers to an existing order. It is important to briefly review the order first before processing the request as the likelihood of being able to place additional order as we need to consider the following:
• Payment method
If the customer used his credit card to place the order then we can proceed on checking the availability of the extra beer/glass.
If the customer paid through PayPal then we are unable to process the additional order.
• In stock
Once we approved the payment method, you'll have to check the availability of the beer/glass through Big Commerce. It is also recommended to verify the information first, before sending it through to the assigned team via Slack, by calling the team using the extension# 205. Ensure to prepare the order details for reference.
When all requirements are met, be sure to post the details through the assigned team/manager via Slack. Add it to the chat #beer-cartel-urgent-order-updates in the following format:
