Putting Beer on Special (Big Commerce)

Online Specials Pricing Process

• • · RSA special pricing to be added to Google Sheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PAGkJRsJ8yK6GmmnE2ylakqfXy0Ru4csPeSTuWpEQkk/edit?usp=sharing)

  • · Take Data from spreadsheet

  • · Go to big commerce and search for the plu

  • · Add in the special text to the top of the product description

  • · Click more pricing and put the default pricing in the MSRP text box

  • · Put the special pricing in the default text box

  • · Select the specials category

  • · Save

  • · It is best to do this for all beers that are going on special before proceeding to the next step

  • · Go to Apps à Custom Control à Beer and Glassware Packaging

  • · In the Filter box, add in PLU of beer

  • · Click on the action box

  • · Move the Pack and case price to Retail Pack and Retail Case price

  • · Click Save

  • · Repeat for all Beers

  • · Once all beers have been updated click Sync Products (this can take 10+ min)

  • · Go to Products àProduct Categories (+) Beer à Action(…) click products

  • · Unhide the relevant products

  • · Update the spreadsheet
