Planning for Advent calendar stock needs to occur well in advance, in May-July during the year. This is especially important for international beers which may need to be special ordered in based on the volume to be able to cater for the Advent Calendars.
Once decided upon orders with each individual supplier/brewery must be placed. The final orders should be placed start of October so the stock can be received into the 3PL between the 9th and 20th of October.
Below is a email order template that can be used when placing orders.
Email Subject: Beer Cartel Advent Calendar Order (SUPPLIER/BREWERY NAME)
Hi [INSERT NAME],
Please deliver [INSERT QUANTITY] cases of [INSERT BEER NAME] 330ml [BOTTLES/CANS] to the 3PL address below. Delivery required between [INSERT DELIVERY WINDOW DATES]
Prior to shipping please confirm brew date and marked best before dates by reply email. Any issues / questions please let me know.

Receiving dock times: 0730-1330, please call TIFS directly to book a time slot 24hrs prior to delivery (02) 9519 1666
Paperwork: All deliveries must have the relevant paper work and packing list or they will be rejected.
Invoice: Please send [email protected] a copy of invoice.
Pallet Types: plain pallets are preferred but if using Chep or Loscam pallets please state this when booking in the delivery with TIFS (the number and type of Chep/Loscam pallets that are being used)
