Creating a return AusPost label

1. Login to eParcel: https://online.auspost.com.au/eParcel/common/auth/login.do

2. Hover over Returns and click Create Domestic Return in the drop down menu.

3. Enter the Consignment No in the Create from existing Consignment No. field and click Search. The delivery details should be auto-populated.

4. Check the address and return details are correct.

5. Click the Submit button.

6. Enter [email protected] in the Email Address field and click Send Via Email.

7. Find the email in gmail, download the PDF and forward via email to the customer.
