End of Financial Year (1st July) - RSA

IMPORTANT:

Ensure that End of Year is run for the Slave Computers FIRST i.e. two computers upstairs before the store computer reports are run. The slave computers must complete their reports completely before the store computer report is started. This entire process takes a bit over 1 hour to do (5 minutes for each slave computer, which can be run simultaneously and 1 hour for the master store computer to complete all reports, backups and PLU/dept/customer/debtor sorts)

On the 1^st July before running ‘End of Day’ each computer will ask whether RSA End of Year should be run with the question “Would you like to run End of Year too?”

Only run this if there are no extra reports to be run (normally there would be no reason for running any extra reports). Click "Yes".
