3. Checking orders

A second person that has not been involved with the picking of the orders needs to check each order.

The following items need to be checked:

1. Product type

2. Whether Jerky/Nuts is included or not for Brewquets, or type of label in the lid for mix dozen can packs (this is listed in the product name)

3. The gift card on the swing tag matches the gift card message on the packing slip

4. The order number has been written on the side of the box

Once the above is confirmed the person checking the order needs to initial the packing slip as well as write down a weight which will be used in creating the Australia Post labels.

The following weights apply, multiply as need be based on the quantities of Brewquets in each order.

Brewquets = 2kg

Big Brewquets = 4kg

Dozen Brews = 5kg

Long Stem Brews = 3kg

If multiple Brewquets have been order for one destination the following configurations of Brewquets can be included into an A3 box.

2 x Big Brewquet

2 x Big Brewquet + 1 Brewquet

1 x Big Brewquet + 3 Brewquet

6 x Brewquet
