Procedure:

1. Log in to DotDigital

2. Go to All Contacts

3. Click All Contacts distro list

4. Search the Investor's email address and click the resulting email address

5. Go to Activity > Date Range > All time

6. Sort accordingly and find the subject with 'Glass'

7. Hit preview email and view in browser

8. Cross check links and edit email response accordingly providing the link to the email itself and the glass webpage
