Printer Labels

Hot Toner is used for purchasing labels (though Ink Station and PPG may be cheaper - can look at for ordering labels in the future).

The adhesive printer roll labels that are used for gift card messages are the Brother White Continuous Length Paper Tape DK-22205.

This comes in a continuous roll of 30.48 metres. With the labels pre-set to cut to a length of 52mm this means the following volumes of gift card messages can be achieved.

National Dispatch Items: 550 labels (accounting for some wastage of approx 6%). As only 1 label is used for National dispatch (for the gift card) this then equates to a total of 550 Brewquets that can be fulfilled with one roll.

Same Day Delivery Items (via 3PL such as Best Buds): 275 labels (accounting for some wastage of approx 6%). Same Day dispatch courier service uses 2 labels per Brewquet (one for the gift card message and the other for the address on the back of the gift card message white card. An address label is required as same day courier Brewquets are not boxed up and are not dispatched with a packing slip as there is no box.).  This therefore equates to 275 Brewquets that can be fulfilled with 1 roll.

There are a few suppliers of the required roll, with the best pricing being from Hot Toner. Purchase the 3 pack as a minimum to get free delivery and start accessing the discount breaks. Generally the order is placed for 10 units of the Compatible Brother DK-22205 - 62mm x 30.48m - Continuous Length - White Paper Tape.

The best price is for the compatible non-Brother brand of labels.
