If a customer is unhappy with their product, they can return the item to us and receive a credit for the amount of their purchase, usually less shipping costs. However, this may not appeal to a customer who has had a bad experience with our product so we then offer a full refund of what they paid for.
We rarely get enquires from customer asking for a refund. When you find customer eligible for a refund, you'll need to:
Log in to Braintree.
Look for the transaction. See How to search for a transaction.
Click on the ID transaction hyperlink
Hit Refund
Enter the amount
Hit Refund
Copy the transaction details.
Go to Big Commerce.
Search for the order number.
Go to View Notes and paste the transaction details.
Hit Save.
