How to create a manual order in Ship Station

This video and steps show how to create a manual order in Ship Station.

1. Grab the order number and enter the information to Shopify.

2. Go to the Ship Station and create a new order.

3. Copy customers details from Shopify and paste it to the new order’s Recipient Information.

4. Follow the same steps for Order Summary Information.

5. Grab SKU code from Shopify.

   1. Go back to Ship Station and click Add Line Item button and paste SKU code.

6. Click Save Order Button.

7. Look for the order number and review the order details.

8. Provide additional details such as Weight, Service, Package, Confirmation, Tags and Note from Buyer.

9. Close tab.
