3. You get your very own personal courier and you and the receiver can talk directly to him/her.

4. Reputation Management System - meaning you can rate your Sherpa, which ensures we are always monitoring quality.

5. Live tracking, ETA's and POD's on every delivery. (We can also send tracking SMS's to the receiver)

6. No account fees or contracts, no cut off times or extra charges for weekends or after hours.

To give you an example, for our ad-hoc same day delivery. From Artarmon to the city it would cost $14.50 and for a 2 hour (point to point) service it would cost $24.
