Creating Member Account

Process to create new members to create new members:

• • If a customer is not already a member click the link below to bring up the sign up sheet. Alternatively, the link is in the bookmark bar of chrome in the store computer

  • Fill out the google doc - Scan the new members card in the card field.

  • Click Submit

The members account is not automatically created, They are created manually once a week [LM TO WRITE UP PROCESS].

Adding Members Account to Order

• • Open RSA Register and select your user name (via function buttons)

  • You will be prompted to enter a members card.

  • Scan the barcode on the members card, this will automatically add their account to the order.

  • Alternatively you are able to search by name

  • complete the order as per normal.
