Brewquets current receives product reviews through CM Commerce and app that provides reviews for Shopify.
These reviews are automatically filtered into Reamaze support as a customer reply.
When we receive 5 star reviews we then email the customer (through Reamaze) asking if they would be willing to also provide a review on Google using the exact same review.
The following is the steps in Reamaze emailing a customer off the back of receiving a 5 star review.
1. Check that the delivery date is somewhat close to the dispatch date (or if they had selected "Specific Day Delivery" on that date). If the delivery date is significantly passed the expected date then just archive the review, this is to avoid any change of heart reviews on Google where they mention delivery was late etc.
2. Insert the canned response called "5* Product Review - Google Review Request"
3. Check that the customers name is correct as sometimes the recipients name will be pulled into this field instead of the purchasers name
3. Edit the subject line by copying pasting first line of the canned response (again editing the purchasers name if required)
4. Copy and paste the customers review into the email and italicise (deleting the text that prompts where to place the review)
5. Click "Reply and Archive"
