Purchase Orders With Dear Emails

0:01 All right. This is a video on how to do purchase orders using the integrated email method as well so that we can just use this to email directly to suppliers.

0:11 So what we wanna do first is go to a purchase. We're gonna go simple purchase order. And then what we're gonna do is, as you would be normally if you wanna go bolter, just for example, we'll go Bolter Brewing, this is gonna come up, we're gonna pick the supplier.

0:25 Now what we wanna do is you wanna make sure that we've picked the right contact. So currently link this. If it's just a brewing name, this is gonna be the accounting name.

0:31 So what we wanna do is we wanna hit the plus sign and we want to give, this is the, now the rep.

0:35 So this is gonna create a second contact within the supplier. So I dunno if it is Pat still, pat, for example, pat don't need anything else other than bolted documents.

0:50 I dunno what these are. But hypothetically we'll go that then we wanna make this to the def. We don't wanna make this to, we can make the defaults.

0:57 It automatically comes up, right? So this is now in here under Pat. Then you're gonna go through and we're gonna do our normal, normal, normal ordering.

1:12 So we're gonna go bolt up xpa, hypothetically. So we're gonna get cases 16, right? And then we're gonna go, I know, five A as you would normally do.

1:24 We're then gonna authorize it. And then what we can do is you now then get these things here that's called email or print.

1:32 So we can get email, we get purchase order. Now this is gonna come up with email. So this is where you then put in pat.

1:45 We should be able to go here. So, so Pat, right? But we're not gonna do that for this test one.

1:51 I'm just gonna put mine on one in, but yeah, so you can hit the plus sign and go to Pat, put mine in you subject.

1:58 So this will automatically be as it is, and we can customize this for whatever we want. It's gonna do a download of the purchase order and then we can add our email.

2:09 So like, Hey Pat, please see attached purchase order.  Can we also get X, Y, and Z? So we can add whatever we want in, which is aline, right?

2:24 So normal, normal, normal email. And then you can cc in. So this is where we would cc orders in at Beer Cartel as well.

2:32 And then we're gonna go send, and now when we go to our email, the emails come through, you can see that that's all as I wrote.

2:45 And then the purchase orders was come out. And we can see that in here that the bolter extra case is 16 five.

2:56 And, and so on. So we can see that it's kind of all, all come through Purchase order to bolt brewing.

3:01 We can up, we'll up, you can update this, so whatever we need to but we can yeah, edit this. And this is what they get for the purchase order.
