Dispatching Quarterly Beer Club

This page relates to the dispatch of Quarterly Beer Expert Club packs. These are dispatched independently to the other types. This is because the export needs to be done independently for each type and it is not possible to dispatch all beer club packs in one go given the volumes. These are dispatched on the 20th of each quarter (Jan, Apr, July, Oct)

To dispatch the Monthly Beer Club Packs follow this process:

Ensure that all customer Enquiries have been responded too with regards to beer club cancellations, address changes etc. These need to be done within the Beer Club App prior to export. (amendments/deletions of can also be made in Australia Post prior to labeling and dispatch (once the consignments have been imported to Aust Post) but it is easier if it is done at this stage prior to export).

Export The Beer Club Pack From The Big Commerce App (backend of website)

1. Log into Big Commerce

2. Go to Apps > Custom Controls

3. Ensure you are on the Beer Club Subscriptions area

4. Enter the following parameters as follows (depending on which pack you are dispatching)

Click "Clear Filter"

PBTM/PBTQ > "PBTQ"

Status > "Active"

Select Delivery Method > "Delivery"

Select Year > this is the current year (e.g. for May 2016 it would be 2016)

Select Month > this is the current month (e.g. for May 2016 it would be May)

Once parameters have all been correctly selected click "Filter"

Now select "Export CSV

Save the file
