Screen Sharing / Computer Sharing / Remote Access

To share your screen for free you can use Joinme.in (login details in Lastpass)

- You do not necessarily need to login, but simply download onto your computer and then share login link via email.

For RSA & Fastway fixes Teamviewer is used - note Fastway uses old version.

Team Viewer allows you to access a computer remotely from either a desktop, laptop or smart phone.

To access from a desktop / laptop:

1. Ensure that the Team Viewer program has been downloaded and installed on both devices. This can be done from here. Ensure that you select the correct platform, e.g. PC vs Mac.

2. Create an account

3. Add the device / PC to your "computers". Alternatively you can request / look up the password and computer ID from the computer you are wanting to access.

4. Log in to the computer you need too. Note: select "Remote Control (using password)". If there is a person on the computer you are trying to access then you can select "Remote Control (prompt for confirmation)"

5. Ensure to log out once complete.

To access from a smart phone

1. Download the app from App Store or Google Play.

2. Create an account, or log into one that you have already created previously.

3. Add computers if necessary. Alternatively you can request / look up the password and computer ID from the computer you are wanting to access.

4. Log in to the computer you need too. Note: select "Remote Control (using password)". If there is a person on the computer you are trying to access then you can select "Remote Control (prompt for confirmation)"

5. Ensure to log out once complete.
