If you require a proof of delivery signature from an Australia Post parcel that has been delivered, e.g. if a person is questioning who signed for the parcel. You can download a PDF which will have the signature as it appeared on the Australia Post PDA and also the name that is registered as accepting the delivery.
To do this follow these steps:
1. Log into AusPost Archive go to: https://eparceltrack.auspost.com.au/external/webui

Password: See LastPass - updated every 60 days
2. Search for the parcel using the consignment number, enter this in the EParcel Consignment ID field and click "Search"
3. Once the parcel details are shown there is a column called "Signatory Name". At the bottom of this is the persons name that is highlighted with a hyperlink. Click this hyperlink and a new window will pop up with details and the signature of the person who accepted delivery.
4. If necessary, Save this pop up screen as a PDF and send it to the customer.
