For King Loc you will need the following information which can be found on the plate inside the fridge:

1. Serial Number

2. Model Number

3. Decal Type (this is signage on the top of the fridge, e.g. Matilda Bay, Bulmers)

4. Details of the problem.

They typically have someone out within 1 - 2 business days to service the unit.
