When a parcel is identified as being damaged then the following items must be printed out and placed in the In Process tray:
1. Print 2 copies of the packing slip for the order
2. Print 1 copy of the Australia Post damaged parcel notification email.
3. Print any other supporting documents relating to the damaged parcel, e.g. customer email enquiry.
Once printed this will need to be either used when sending out a replacement parcel (see that section for further details) or be placed in the In Process tray.
