1. Decide on quantity want to purchase, previous purchases has been 2000 units which lasts about 1 year as of August 2019.
2. Send Lana an email saying you would like to place an order, request a pro forma invoice
3. The order will need to be paid for prior to the goods being made or shipped. Previously this was done via bank transfer to the account they have provided, but it can apparently also be done via an Alibaba account.
4. Payment for August 2018 order was paid via TransferWise. Payment terms were 30% upfront and 70% prior to shipment.
5. There were some customs duty to pay via TNT. This is paid when TNT call upon the goods arriving in Australia however they do not always call and it is worth while keeping an eye on the tracking details as this will notify you when the goods have arrived in Sydney. You can then call TNT on 131150 to sort out payment, quoting the tracking number etc. They may also ask you for the Order Information which has Gift Linked In details on it. This can be sent via email to the address they provide when you call. Payment for this is made by credit card.
