To Quote Bookings
1. Work out distance from Beer Cartel to destination suburb via Google maps
2. Look at pricing information below
3. Quote the price listed then round up to nearest $5 dollars
4. Orders should be placed through the Beer Cartel website with the customer saying they accept the additional costs for same day delivery in delivery comments. They will be charged $9.99 (per case), with the additional charge placed manually through Eway.
5. Alternatively pricing can be calculated via a price estimate on the http://www.startrackcourier.com.au/ website
To Make Bookings - NEW METHOD
1. To make bookings online go to: http://www.startrackcourier.com.au/
State: NSW
Enter your account number: BEERC
Enter your password: BEER2071
2. Select Add a job
3. Enter Address
4. Enter order number as reference
5. Service Type choose Standard Courier (4+ hours, bookings 8am-4pm).
If need faster choose Express Courier (3-4 hours, bookings 8am-5pm) or Immediate Priority Courier (1-2 hrs, bookings 8am-6pm)
6. Item Type choose Box up to 25kg
7. Enter quantity of parcels
8. In Total Weight enter combined weight
9. Don't enter individual item dimensions
10. Click calculate price & ETA
11. Click book job
12. Parcels should then be placed on the Freezer and stamped with the In Store Pickup Stamp. This must then be signed by the driver upon pickup. Do not place parcel on grey or maroon shelves as this is for customer in store pick ups and have potential to be missed by staff.
13. Once picked up then parcel should be set to dispatch and invoice placed with other shipped invoices upstairs.
Bookings can also be placed by calling 13 13 20 and quoting account number BEERC.
To Track Bookings
You can track all jobs on the Star Track courier website by clicking on ‘today’s bookings’.
If no one is at premises
Customer can advise location on premises where parcel can be left. If there is no authority to leave StarTrack will store parcel and re-deliver with customer required to pay any additional fees for re-delivery.
To Make Bookings - OLD METHOD

2. Select New Booking
3. Enter Address
4. Select Parcel to send
5. Select Job date, ready time items and weight
6. Enter order number eg BC 26009 as Reference 1.
7. Select Next
8. Confirm details and print label to be placed on all parcels.
