How to request Google review

Customer feedback is paramount when determining a customer's needs and tastes, particularly when we introduce new products. These positive reviews create improvements of the customer experience and can empower positive change in our business.

 When you get 5 star review, you'll need to:

1. Read the review. (If the customer gave a 5 star rating but has not written a review you can Archive this enquiry.)

2. Select and Copy the comment.

3. In the response field, Look for the Book Icon and click Insert Response Template.

4. Choose 5 Star Product Review - Google Review Request from the menu.

5. Hit Insert Button to add template.

6. Paste the customer review in the ITALICISED section. Make it BOLD and ITALICIS.

7. Click Reply and Archive below the response field.
