Cloning a transaction

Cloning a transaction will allow you to charge the customer if they decide to add more items from their initial check out. To clone a transaction, you'll need to: 

1. Go to Braintree and paste order number/name in the search field.

2. Click the ID hyperlink 

3. Click Clone button. This will pull up the necessary details for the additional order.

4. Enter the amount of the additional order.

5. Hit Create Transaction.

6. Go to Big Commerce.

7. Search for the order number.

8. Go to View Notes and add the transaction details.

9. Hit Save.
