Wholesale Orders To Beer Cartel

Beer Cartel and Brewquets are two separate entities and therefore any stock that is "transferred" from one business to the other needs to be invoiced out accordingly.

Beer Cartel sells Brewquets products and therefore needs to be invoiced for stock that is taken to Beer Cartel.

THIS IS THE OLD PROCESS, DO NOT USE. THE NEW PROCESS IS DONE THROUGH STOCK AND BUY APP

This video shows the process for creating an invoice for stock using a 35% discount.

1. Go to myshopify > drafts

2. Click "Create Order" and search the product you want to add

3. Select "Standard Delivery"

4. Click "Add to Order"

5. Add the number of can/bottle per pack

6. Under notes, put "Wholesale to Beer Cartel"

7. Add discount of 35% and reason: "Wholesale to Beer Cartel"

8. Click Apply

9. Under Find or Create a customer, type the name or email address of the customer & select

10. Click Save (Draft was created)

11. Add Tag: Beer Cartel

12. Click "Mark as Pending" & Click "Create Order"

13. Under more actions: select "print with order printer"

14. Select "Brewquets Invoice" template

15. Print
