Google Adwords allows you to block certain IP address and thereby restrict who can see our ads in Google search. This can be useful to block IP addresses of our competitors who may be clicking on our ads and increasing costs unnecessarily.
Google states it has processes in place to stop unwanted competitor clicks but they cannot block all clicks that a competitor may do. Therefore completing the following steps assists in minimising unwanted competitor clicks on our ads, and thereby potentially reducing unnecessary costs.
