• • As the spiegelau glass often come in different size packs and the invoices are difficult to read it is easy to enter it wrong.

  • The key info to look at is the "PCS=?" this stands for pieces and is how many individual glass are bought

  • When entering into RSA esnure to use the single number instead of case

  • NOTE - If product is a tasting kit it will say for example PCS=32 for 8 x "4 glass tasting set"
