Each month a new folder in Drop Box needs to be created to store all the files, documents, booklets etc for that months Beer Club packs.
To assist in consistency when creating these folders a set of "generic folders" have been created. To create the new Beer Club folders for the month simply follow the steps below, all beer club related information for that month is then stored in these folders.
1. Open Windows Explorer and go to Drop Box > Beer Club
2. Select the year (create a new year folder if you are doing the January beer club)
3. Create a folder for the month you are doing and name it with number, month and year. E.g. January 2016 would be "1. January 2016", February 2016 would be "2. February 2016" and March 2016 would be "3. March 2016" and so on.
4a. Copy the content found in monthly generic folders into the monthly folder you have just created (ensure you copy all folders and the Beer Club Packing Template Excel file). These can be found in Drop Box > Beer Club > Monthly Generic Folders - COPY ALL FOLDERS AND DOCUMENTS
4b. Go to the folder you created in step 3 and Paste the generic folders into the that month.
5. Process completed, you can now start using these folder storing the beer club files, booklets etc.
