Part of the verification process, a newly registered customer must need to activate their account. Upon creating their account they will receive an activation link at the email address entered during registration. They need to select the link in the email to activate their account. Some customer fail to initiate the activation process either because they did not receive the link or missed to read the email notification for the activation of their account.
To re-send the activation link, you'll need to:
Click on the order number hyperlink in Re:amaze or copy and paste their order number into the search in Shopify.
Under customer details, click on the customer's name hyperlink.
At the top, hit Resend account invite.
Include a brief instruction in the customer message.
Hit Review Email.
Lastly, click Send Notification.
