Australia Post is our key delivery partner for delivering Brewquets products Australia Wide.

During Valentine's Day 2019 we trialled Express eParcel for the first time.

The results showed that of the 234 parcels shipped on the 13th February 2019 for delivery on 14th February there were 94% were delivered or had an attempted delivery on the 14th February. Note this was with parcels picked up at 11AM on 13th of February. 2 were damaged and the remainder delayed/took longer than next day delivery. About 5 parcels were outside the next day express delivery network.

Analysis of parcels shipped Express put only put on the standard 4PM daily pick up had a far less next day delivery rate. The rate dropped down to 72% (33 out of 46 orders). As a result the earlier a parcel can be put into the Australia Post network the more likely it will be delivered next business day within the Express Post Network. Compared to normal Wine eParcel, Express eParcel costs more. This additional amount should be charged (on top of existing freight charges) if anything is sent express to a customer. Note: only canned products can be sent express.
