3. Updating Stock on the Website

RSA Export

• 1. In the RSA Launchpad, click on the purple RSAMAKE icon.

  2. Click File > Load > PLUs.

  3. Select Department.

  4. Enter CR and hit enter. Hit enter again.

  5. Click File > Save > TSV file

1. Click Online Stock Updating > [Current Year (e.g. 2018)] > [Current Month (e.g. October)]. If either don't exist you'll need to create them in the same format as the existing folders.

2. Create a new folder with today's date in the format DD-MM-YY. Open the folder.

   1. Enter PLUbyDept as the file name and click Save.

   2. Wait until RSAMAKE finishes saving and then click the X in the top right of the screen to close.

Bigcommerce Export

• 1. Log into BigCommerce.

  2. Click Products > Export in the left menu.

  3. Select Stock Update from the Template list and click the Continue button.

  4. Click on the Export my Products to a CSV link.

  5. Click on the Download my Products file link.

  6. Click Online Stock Updating > [Current Year (e.g. 2018)] > [Current Month (e.g. October)] > [Today's Date] and click Save.

Excel Macro

1. Open the Online Stock Updating folder

2. Open the Stock_Update_Macro_V26 excel doc (also attached).

3. Click the Browse Products button and locate and select the products-20XX-XX-XX file in the folder with today's date (Online Stock Updating > [Current Year (e.g. 2018)] > [Current Month (e.g. October)] > [Today's Date]).

   1. Click the Browse PLUbyDept button and locate and select the PLUbyDept file in the folder with today's date.

   2. Click the Update Data button, wait until the macro has finished running and close all excel windows without saving.

BigCommerce Upload

• 1. Log into BigCommerce.

  2. Click Products > Import Product SKUs in the left menu.

  3. Select Choose File.

  4. Click the Choose File button and locate and select the Updated_Product_Data_XXXX20XX_XXXXXM file in the folder with today's date (Online Stock Updating > [Current Year (e.g. 2018)] > [Current Month (e.g. October)] > [Today's Date]).

  5. Click the Next button. Click the Next button again on the next page.

  6. Click the Start Import button.

  7. Ensure the upload completes successfully.
