Subscription cancellation can happen due to various reasons. If the customer informs us ahead of time that they wish to cancel their order, you'll need to:
Set a reminder in Big Commerce as to when you will going to cancel the order.
Go to Shopify
Look for App
Hit Bold Subscription
Search customer's account using their email address
Skip all other future orders
Go back to Re:amaze and let the customer know that we have successfully cancelled their subscription.
