To organise a pallet from Melbourne:
1. Send them an email a week before letting them know to expect a consolidated pallet.
2. Then organise the beers from each brewery or distributor you want on the pallet. Rule of thumb is up to 1,000kg per pallet total (between 50 – 75 cartons depending on case format). An excel spread sheet has been created – enter the stock, the quantities and carton sizes and all the weight is calculated for you. Dropbox\Beer Cartel\Pallet Sharing Orders
3. Save the new excel spread sheet with the new date. This will be the master list of the beers ordered and will be sent to Liquex prior to consolidation once all beers have been confirmed OK for delivery by the breweries/distributors.
4. Recommend that on the Monday of the given week all orders are finalised with the breweries / distributors, with delivery to happen no later than the Thursday of that week.
5. Liquex will then be able to dispatch the pallet on the Friday for delivery here in Sydney on the Monday / Tuesday.
6. Liquex will then send beer Cartel and invoice. This is about $220 for a pallet – so best to load it up as much as possible to reduce the per case freight rate down.

All other breweries should be able to deliver to the address as it is a Melbourne metro address.
Price per pallet to Sydney. As of start 2013 price was about $215 per pallet. A pallet is considered to be between 250kg and 1000kg. If you have less than 250kg then you will be charged the ¾ rate, i.e. $161
