When setting up folders for a research project add in the following:
Contacts & Emails - should contain list of contacts, plus emails being sent out
Data - Should contain all data files, including those superseded
Future Research - contain notes on ideas for future research
Media Release - should contain all media releases, including those superseded
Promotional Images & Videos - should contain all promotional images, videos & collateral to get people to promote the survey
Questionnaire - containing the all questionnaires, including those superseded
Reporting - should contain all reports, including those superseded
