Flat Lay Diecut Boxes
To make up 24 can packs with 2.5 hours. This is to have 12 of them made up to be labelled with Beer-thday labels and wrapped with a bow and the other 12 to be just kitted up with no labels and the bow placed inside the box.
If prepping bulk numbers of the black boxes (without beers and without being wrapped) 72 can be folded and labelled in 1 hour and 45 minutes. These are then ready to be taken to tables for inserting beers and then wrapping with bow.
Wrapping Brewquets Bottles in Tissue Paper
Takes Thorin 12 minutes and 40 seconds to wrap 1 case (24 bottles) with tissue paper. (32 seconds per bottle)
On average one staff member in one day if only focused on kitting can create either
72 dozen boxes with labels, wrapped and bowed and boxe 48 long stem boxes, wrapped and bowed and boxed 72 Brewquet
To make 24 long stem brews from picking stock to being boxed in an outer shipper on a pallet takes 1 person a little under 1.5 hours.
1 staff member can make 120 dozens from start to finish in 1 full days worth of kitting. To make 96 dozen is about 5 hours from picking to boxed in shippers (see breakdown below), so in 1 day a person could do a standard 2hr dispatch and 96 dozens.
48 x 24's wrapped with a bow takes 1 person takes 6 hours
CONVERTING BASE DOZENS
Converting base dozens to Valentines Dozens 2024 Valentines.
2 people could convert (without placing into shippers, but palletised onto a pallet) 13 dozens in 7 minutes (which got down to about 5 minutes after a few runs of practice) meaning that in 1 hour 2 people could convert 130 dozens (palletised on a pallet, without shippers).
If making shippers and placing in shippers add on 1 hour to the task for a total of 2 hours for 2 people to convert 130 base dozens.
