Process for Printing Tickets For Store:
Open the application P-Touch Editor
Open the file "Label Database File", this is stored at G:\Shared drives\Beer Cartel\Store & Warehouse\In Store Labels
Click on the ticket you wish to print and hit print. Select print selected records
Process for Printing New Tickets/Updating Ticket File
Once you have created products or entered invoices, Download the product file like you would for an Online Stock Update. Steps are:
In the RSA Launchpad, click on the purple RSAMAKE icon.
Click File > Load > PLUs.
Select Department.
Enter CR and hit enter. Hit enter again.
Click File > Save > TSV file
Create a folder of todays date and save it in the following directory G:\Shared drives\Beer Cartel\Store & Warehouse\In Store Labels
Open up file "STORE LABELS DATA v6" which is located at G:\Shared drives\Beer Cartel\Store & Warehouse
Select the tab "Browse TSV" and click "Browse Orders TSV". Select the RSA download file.
Click "Process Orders"
Label File is now up to date
If you are printing new product tickets, it is best to go tab "PLUbyDEPT for Store Labels" and sort the PLU comment from largest to smallest.
Save File and close
NOTE: You can't have both P-Touch Editor and the excel file open at the same time. Once you have finished in either make sure to save and close
