When packing Beer Club packs fold-up white tables are used in the first aisle of the warhouse.
Each pack type is packed separately and dispatched separately on its own manifest. This ensures that there is no mixup between pack types.
Setup Process
Follow these steps to set up tables and stock for each beer pack type.
1. Clear the first aisle of any pallets, stock etc.
2. If not already on the warehouse floor, bring down the palletised beer for the pack type that is going to be packed
3. Unfold each of the white tables and place in the middle of the first aisle. Ensure there is suffucuent room to open and close the cold room door. (usually all tables are used, except for Crowd Pleaser packs and Expert Packs due to lower quantity of packs being made up).
4. Place the pallet with stock at the front of the tables as shown in the image below.
5. Set up process complete.
Cardboard Boxes on Tables
Once tables are set up the next step is to place cardboard boxes on the tables. If you have not made up the boxes now is the time to do that based on the numbers outlined in the packing template.
For each pack type place the boxes on the tables as shown in the pictures below.
