When to use FastWay
Only to be used for business addresses or where a private address has specified that the parcel can be left unattended. Fastway only have one depot in Sydney and customers would need to pick up from there or re-organise delivery with the FastWay driver (they should leave them with a calling card with contact details). Delivering to business addresses or where authorised to leave unattended ensures no need for customers to rely on a calling card.

To Create a Consignment Label
NOTE BEFORE PRINTING ENSURE YOU HAVE FAT LABEL SETUP ON YOUR COMPUTER - TO CREATE AN AGENT CLICK HERE - TAKE THE AGENT SETUP ID AND CLICK SETTING AND PASTE THE AGENT ID.
1. To create consignment go to “Fast Label”.
2. Enter in receiver details.
3. In Options enter in any contact details - Only add in email address if you want customer to be notified of the parcel being despatched and tracking information. In the “Reference” box type in Beer Cartel order number (written as BC#2133).
4. Check all the details then click “Print Now”.
5. In manifest click “Close & Print”.
6. If something in a consignment needs to be changed then contact Fastway, only they can change the details once label has been closed and printed.
Once labels printed place on parcel as required. To have a pick up we need to call our drivers 0411 396 851 – Sirous.
Normally they pick up in the morning and delivery in the afternoon, or pick up in the afternoon and delivery the next morning (that is for Sydney metro only).

To get a quote go to “Get Quote” or “PSC”.
Ordering More Credit (prepaid labels)
To order new ‘credit’ (also known as labels) go to Fast Label > Label Stock > Place an Order. Select colour (Sydney metro is Yellow). Then print order and give to driver who will process it and have the office add credit to our account.
Ordering More Printer Rolls
Each roll comes with 300 labels and they are bought in a carton of 10 rolls each costing about $15 a roll. Order this by contacting FastWay or by asking our courier driver. There is a printer roll ordering Fast Label > Stationary > Place and Order, however, we have been told that no one checks this email address and therefore best to contact FastWay via phone.

Parcel Size for FastWay
FastWay can take a parcel up to 25kg per label for Sydney metro deliveries.
If the goods are long or odd in shape then use the following to determine if you can use FastWay. Otherwise OK up to 1.2 metres in length.
W x D x L x 250 = ? (All lengths must be in metres)
The result must be equal to or less than 40
The 250 is equivalent to 250kg per cubic metre.
Fast Way "Nationwide" Box Rates from 2013 (these are pre-determine package sized labels and are different from then normal pricing calculated by the Fastway Portal).
Pricing is based on cubic weight. See calculations below in Example 1 to determine cubic size and weight.
We have a new product, which is a Nationwide Box Rate aimed at the wine industry. We have 3 different sized box rates for this service which is based on the cubic measurements of a parcel... Great for your smaller stuff, so you could send a 9kg cubic box to Perth for $13.18, dead weight can be up to 18kgs.
