Creating Draft Order

Brewquets follows a different payment process. We are unable to manually charge the card used to place the order if customer wants to make an additional order or needs to pay for re-shipment. We'll need to create a draft order and extract the system generated payment link to let the customer pay the necessary fee. To create a draft order, you'll need to:

• 1. Go to Shopify

  2. Go to Drafts

  3. Click Create order

  4. Search for the customer details by entering their email address

  5. Select product. For re-delivery, choose Delivery charges. 

  6. Click the Add to order button

  7. Ensure to enter the correct amount for the shipping. 

• 1. Add notes. Important note: Make sure to add the original order#

• 1. Click Email Invoice.

  2. Hit Review email, from here you'll be able to extract the payment link. Copy the link.

  3. Click Cancel. This will automatically save the draft order.

  4. Paste payment link to your response in Reamaze.

Once paid, the draft order will automatically show in the Order section also a notification will be sent to your email address. Send through the information to the assigned team via Slack under #brewquets-urgent-order-updates in the following format:
