From time to time customers who place an order online will request that the order be "held off" to be sent out at a later date. Unfortunately this is not something we do as we like to get all orders dispatched as soon as they are processed to eliminate the possibility of the order being forgotten about or having orders start to clutter the start of the first packing bay.
You can reply to a customer with the following:
"Unfortunately we are unable to hold of the dispatch of orders for a later date as all orders are processed and dispatched as they are received. This allows us to offer a consistent service level for all customers and ensure that no orders are inadvertently missed off from dispatch. For all information relating to shipping and delivery please refer to our website www.beercartel.com.au/shipping-returns."
The only exception to this are the following good/repeat customers:
Shane Jasprizza - lives in Wollongong and sometimes selects in store pick up and combines a few orders into one for delivery. Other times he visits the store and collects his orders.
Barry Hocking - likes to have his deliveries dispatched on a Monday as he is in Far North QLD.
