Packing template for mixed packs

To make up packs

1. Go to sheet for which the mixed pack is to be made for

2. Check that all beers/products to be included in the mixed packs are correct and in stock

3. Check that product case sizing is correct on packing sheet

4. Check the PLU number and unit pricing is correct on the sheet

5. Enter on picking sheet the number of packs to be made up

6. Print out picking sheet

7. Print out the required tasting booklets for the mix pack (only the Australian 6 and 12 cardboard packs come with booklets)

7. Follow picking sheet steps for picking products

After packs have been picked and checked

8. Place completed packs in correct shelves in warehouse.

9. Ensure cost price of mixed pack is correct in RSA

10. Remove stock for individual units from RSA

11. Add stock for the packs into RSA
