How to look up a customers abandoned shopping cart in Shopify

Shopping cart abandonment is when a potential customer starts a check out process for an online order but drops out of the process before completing the purchase. Any item that enters the shopping cart but never makes it through the transaction is considered to be “abandoned checkouts” by the customer. 

To look up a customers abandoned shopping cart, you'll need to:

• 1. Go to Shopify.

  2. Click Orders.

  3. Select Abandoned Checkouts.

  4. Look for the customer's information and click to view.

You will see here the items that were added to cart but was not successfully paid by the customer.
