How to Update Orders Dispatched From Best Buds (which then auto updates their stock on hand)

These are the steps to update the:

1. Open two tabs. The first tab is the Shopify Brewquet Orders. The other tab is the Best Buds Stock spreadsheet.

2. In the Shopify Brewquet Order tab, go to Orders. You want to do an export of the week that has gone passed.

3. Click Export. Then, choose "Export Orders by Date"

3. For the Start date and End Date, refer to the Week Commencing and Week Ending in the Best Buds Stock spreadsheet for the dates. (e.g. If you do it on a Monday 30th of August, the start date and end date will be 23 to 29 of August)

4. Choose "CSV for Excel. Numbers or other spreadsheet programs". Then click "Export Orders". This will send an email to [email protected] address

5. Open it in the email, then click "download orders_export csv". Open the file.

6. Filter the orders because some are sent by the Australian shipping, while others are sent by Best Buds. Create a filter across the top by clicking Sort and Filer, then Filter.

7. Go to the Shipping Method. Only check "Courier" because it's the one sent by Best Buds. Then clik Ok. This will filter orders that are sent by Best Buds

8. Go back to the orders_export spreadsheet. Filter the Line item name according to the columns in the Best Buds Stock Spreadsheet. If it's Brewquet column, select only Brewquet in the filter. Input the number in the Best Buds Stock column. Do the same for the other columns.

9. Mark it as done by filling in the cell with green.

Once this process is complete, take a screen shot of the Stock On Hand Page and send it to [email protected] with the subject line of "Best Buds Stock On Hand (DD/MM/YYYY)

Updating Stock Sent (received) by Best Buds

Each time stock is sent to Best Buds, e.g. beer, bottle openers etc these must be recorded.

To do this open the spreadsheet "Best Buds Stock On Hand" go to the tab called "Starting Stock & Stock In" and entry the unit numbers of the items you have sent them.

Please note that if you take stock from Best Buds the reverse must be done, i.e. deduct the amount you have taken from the last "Stock In" entry for that item. Include a comment on the cell stating what you have deducted and the date.
