Due to Covid-19 delivery networks are experiencing higher volumes of parcels than normal and some deliveries may take longer than usual so to combat any possible delays we are allowing 2 business days lead times for Preferred Day Delivery and for next day delivery the order must be in before 9am the day prior. However, during Covid-19 we don't offer next day day service and can't guarantee preferred day delivery.
Each state may experience different delivery impacts depending on state based government regulations like social distancing or lockdowns as a result of Covid-19.
When you find customers asking for delivery for specific date, you'll need to:
Check the product(s) ordered falls within the list of products available for Specific Day Delivery
Check if the shipping address qualifies for Specific Day/Express Delivery
If both product and postcode are eligible for Preferred Day Delivery , you'll need to let the customer know that they need to pay $10 for Express Delivery, has to place order 2 days prior the preferred delivery date and should consider our cut off time by 9am to be able to select preferred day delivery.
