0:02 And this is just a video on how to do key pack stock checks and see how much stock on hand we've got.

0:09 So first thing you wanna do is come into Deere. We wanna go into reports. This is gonna open up this screen.

0:16 These ones here showed for me because I've starred them. But what we'll do if you haven't got it started, if you wanna go into inventory reports and then you want to go on to product stock level and then you can start if you want, and that'll then go into your favorites.

0:27 We'll open this up.  I'm just gonna clear this. We're just gonna show just the basic. So this is, this is currently showing every possible stock level report at the moment.

0:42 What we're gonna do is we've created this layout which we're gonna update. And now this shows you what we want.

0:50 So this has got all the packs and then it's got the available. So this is how many we've got after currently allocated for sales, and then also how many are currently on order, whether or not that's been because they're incoming, so like the stock be a pack is currently being made or whether this birthday hamper might be a, a pack run that hasn't been processed properly or it's maybe heart finish.

1:11 But what we can do if you don't have this layout, so we start back at this default one. And what we wanna do is that we want to go into, first of all, into configure layout.

1:21 And then we, we can see here what we want. So we don't want the minimum before reorder. We don't want the quantity on hand, we just want these three here.

1:30 And then we can just go update. And then what we can also do then is add a custom filter, which we can then go category.

1:40 So it is currently on category equal craft beer. But what we can do is we can go and so we want this ca we want this one already.

1:49 And then we want to go tags. And now if we just quickly open up what we can do is if we also wanna add new products into that list and say we create a new pack, we wanna add it to that key pack.

2:03 What we need to do is let's just go hot 100. So open this pack up and we can see here how in tags we've got keyak.

2:15 That's, so what we wanna do is we wanna put in this tags, we just wanna put it contains and we're gonna enter Keyak.

2:26 And now this is gonna filter out anything that doesn't have that, or maybe I've done that wrong, Contains. So we come down here, we can say, yeah, contains key back eyes because, sorry, that's because the other one doesn't have, they want the craft department.

2:47 So if we take this out, cause they're in gift packs. So we take this out, we just go tags containing key packs.

2:56 There we go. So we can see that. And then what we can do is we can then go safe layout and then give it a name.

3:01 But I've already done it. So if you do have this layout saved on your profile, you can use that. But otherwise that's how you can recreate it.
