1. Organising a Van or Truck (Cage) Pickup from Australia Post

There are two types of AusPost pickup, Van & Truck (Cage). We get a van pickup for Express Post orders between Midday & 1:30PM and a truck (cage) pickup for regular order between 3:45PM & 4:15PM.

• 1. To organise a Van (Express/No Forklift) Pickup call the St Leonards Depot on 9253 1227.

  2. This needs to be done before 10:30AM on the day of pick-up.

  3. Call the number and ask for the following (short & shrift is preferred on this line):

  4. Could I please book in our regular van pick-up for Beer Cartel between Midday & 1:30PM.

  5. To organise a Truck (Cage) Pickup* call the St Leonards depot message line on 9253 1227.

  6. This needs to be done before 11:00AM on the day of pick-up.

  7. Call the number and leave a message along the following lines:

  8. Could I have a cage pick-up for Beer Cartel after 4pm today, that is a cage pick-up for Beer Cartel after 4pm today.

  9. *There is no need to book a truck pickup every day as Ross comes every day anyway, the only exception being when he is away/we need an additional pickup. You can also leave a message requesting additional cages or asking for a van in place of the truck (no forklift). You can also call Ross for more cages (number below).

If you need to speak to AusPost (general enquiry) about a pick-up call Catalina at the St Leonards depot on 9941 7729.

If you need to speak to Ross (Truck Driver) about a pickup (hasn't turned up/late/etc) he can be reached on 0404201266.

It would be a good idea to CC [email protected] into your emails as well if you receive no reply.
