SMS Broadcast

Used to send out bulk SMS to customers or to send one off messages.

Send individually by email to SMS - put content in an email body (or in Gorgias body). Send an email to <phone number>@e2s.smsbroadcast.com.au  replacing <phone number> with the number you want to send the message to). 

To send via Gorgias, in macros search: SMS - there is one for Beer Cartel and Brewquets.

Always include opt-out with message and keep to 1 SMS in length.

How To Send SMS Messages

Online - Simply login to your account at www.smsbroadcast.com.au and click Send Messages.

Email to SMS - Send an email to <phone number>@e2s.smsbroadcast.com.au  replacing <phone number> with the number you want to send the message to). The content of your email will be sent as an SMS.

The SMS Sender ID

When you send an SMS message, it can be sent from one of the below options. There are no extra costs to use these options.

Our mobile number - This allows people to reply to the SMS message. We will forward any SMS replies to you by email.

Your own mobile number - Any SMS replies will be sent straight to your phone.

Your business name (up to 11 characters) - The recipient cannot reply to the SMS message, as it was not sent from a mobile number.
