Shopify Beer Club (things to know / consider)

Some things to consider regarding the Beer Club subscription app that is hosted as a subdomain via Shopify on the Beer Cartel Big Commerce website.

Gift Certificates / Voucher Codes Designed For The Big Commerce Store

- gift certificates that are purchased on the Beer Cartel website will not work on the Beer Cartel Shopify beer subscription website. If a customer emails and wants to use a gift certificate for a beer club subscription we will need to cancel the Big Commerce version of the code and create a new code in the Bold Cashier app.

- any vouchers created for subscriptions need to be created in the Bold Cashier app, not the general Shopify voucher code section

Customers Signing Into Their Beer Subscription Account

- Customers that sign up for a beer subscription will only be able to access their beer subscription order by logging into the Shopify website here: https://beerclub.beercartel.com.au/account/login New beer subscriptions are not recorded in the Big Commerce website.

Authority To Leave Notes For Paid Upfront Beer Subscription

- Customers that select to pay their subscription upfront are unable to select Authority to Leave, although this can be added in after. See steps here.

When looking at total labels entered into Australia Post compare this to total units of each sold. If there are some orders that are not being imported they most likely do not have a postcode or have a Northern Territory postcode.

Check that all orders for the last day of the month have a subsequent order created during the next month - you can click on an old order and it will list the number of order someone has had.

Check the Authority to leave filed in Notes Attributes in addition to Notes.
