BQ New Products Shopify Import Sync To Dear

These are the steps to follow once a product has been created in Shopify (ideally include a SKU number to the Shopify product before importing). This will pull across all the data from the Brewquets Shopify product into Dear. If it is an add-on product also ensure that it the product in Shopify has a tab "Add-ons".

• Open up main Beer Cartel airtable

• Create product and SKU in Beer Cartel airtable (if selling across both Beer Cartel and Brewquets add -BUF after product has been created in Dear and after it exists in Big Commerce)

• Copy SKU across to BQ airtable (new products overview tab). Complete other columns in new products overview tab

• Copy SKU across to Shopify product that Geoff has already created. Also add any tags to products that you want to pull across to Dear

• Dear > Integration > Shopify > Brewquets (top one in horizontal menu, not the one in vertical menu) > Catalogue (right hand side) > Download (left hand side) > Click "Products"
