We are unable to hold orders for delivery on specific dates.

Note: Express delivery is not available for products containing glass items, such as wine bottles.

Steps to Check the Current Status:
Click on the link above.
Enter the tracking number in the provided field.
Click on the Track button to view the current status of the shipment.
To track shipments using the BSP link, follow these steps:
Steps to Access the BSP Link:
Navigate to Australia Post Website.
Click on Login to open the submenu, then select Merchant Portal.
Enter your credentials and log in.
Once logged in, click on Launch App.
Enter the Tracking Number in the search field and click Go.
By following these steps, you'll be able to track orders efficiently through the BSP link.

The highlighted area in the screenshot on the left displays scans by Australia Post for the shipment. Key details include:
Latest Scan:
The most recent tracking update for the order is displayed at the top.
Includes a timestamp to show when the scan occurred.
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival):
If available, the expected delivery date is shown alongside the latest scan.
Progress Updates:
Displays chronological scans, tracking the package's journey from dispatch to delivery.
Agent Parcel Recall Process:
Click the Recall Button
Locate and click on the Recall button in the portal.
Pop-Up Window
A pop-up window will appear. Confirm the recall request by clicking Recall within the window.
Enquiry Creation
Once the recall is initiated, an enquiry will be created in the system.
Email Notification
An email confirmation of the recall request will be sent to your registered email address.
Agent Parcel Redirection Process:
Click the Redirect Button
Locate and click on the Redirect button in the portal.
Pop-Up Window
A pop-up window will appear. Enter the new address where the parcel should be redirected.
Confirm Redirection
Click on Redirect to confirm the updated delivery address.
Enquiry Creation
An enquiry will be created in the system to process the redirection request.
Email Notification
An email confirmation of the redirection request will be sent to your registered email address.
Creating an Enquiry for Parcel Issues
Agents can create an enquiry in the following scenarios:
Late or Missing Parcel
Use this option if the parcel’s ETA has passed and the delivery has not been completed.
Delivery Issue
Applicable when the parcel is marked as delivered but the recipient has not received it.
Return to Sender
Select this if the Recall button is not working and the parcel needs to be returned.
General Enquiry
For any non-standard issues or questions related to parcel tracking or delivery.
Credit Claim
If a refund or compensation claim is required for the parcel due to a delivery issue or other valid reason.
Aramex
Tracking Aramex Orders
Aramex orders can only be tracked using their official tracking link:

Steps to Track an Order:
Open the Aramex Tracking Link.
Enter the tracking number provided for the order.
Click on the Track button.
The current status and location of the parcel will be displayed.
Handling Recall/Redirection or any other requests for Aramex
For any recall or redirection request, an email must be sent to [email protected].
Important Guidelines for Sending Emails:
Only one email per tracking ID.
Do not combine multiple tracking IDs in a single email.
Mention the Tracking ID and the Request Type in the subject line.
Example Subject Line:
Tracking ID - Return to Sender
Steps to Send a Request Email:
Compose an email to [email protected].
Include the tracking ID and detailed information about the request in the body of the email.
Clearly specify whether the request is for Recall or Redirection.
Wait for a response from Aramex with further details or confirmation.
